The PodCamp event held last November 11 and 12 in Pittsburgh Filmmakers Institute was amazing and a great success with an overwhelming response from podcasters and podcasting companies near and far Pittsburgh who shared, interacted and participated on the said podcasting event.
Majors sponsors like Network2, LibSyn, Scion, Switchpod, Pittsburgh Filmmakers and Pop City grace the event. They are joined podcasting experts from Tiki Bar, Rocketboom, Podcast411, Open Metrics and many others podcast personalities.
The event has ended but the PodCamp Pittsburgh craze is still on because there is also promo wherein four people with the best after-event blog, audio, video and photo could win a special prize from the organizers of Podcamp Pittsburgh.

Thanks for the plug! Yes, the event was a success, and we hope the buzz is sustained far beyond this week as the attendees follow up on all the great ideas and contacts that were developed in both the sessions and the bars!
And, if anyone’s wondering what those prizes for the best PodCamp-related media might be, here’s a hint: it could be anything from a cool PR perk to some new tech snacks to make your content creation duties even easier!
